Yyteri summer is full of services

Yyteri Visitor Centre

The Visitor Centre, which will open in the Yyteri area in summer 2024, is not only a great place to visit with its exhibition elements, but also a service package designed for visitors to the area.

At the Yyteri Visitor Centre you will find a tourist information point, toilets, a café and shop, a campfire site, a water point, lockable lockers for storing your belongings, exhibits presenting the nature of Yyteri and dog parks.

• Open every day from 15 May to 19 June from 12am to 6pm
• Midsummer 20 June from 10am to 4pm and 21-22 June from 12am to 6pm
• 23.6-10.8. open every day 10am-8pm
• 11-31 August open every day 12am-6pm
• From September onwards Sat-Sun 11am-5pm
• During the autumn holiday weeks 42 and 43 open daily

Activities

The Yyteri swimming beach is supervised from 15 June to 15 August from 12-18.During the swimming season, the water quality leaflet is available on the outside wall of the changing room at the entrance to the beach and on the information display in the visitor centre. The toilet container at the entrance to the Yyterinsantojentien and the changing and toilet facilities near the beach are open from 15 May to 15 September.

Yyteri Dog Beach – A sandy beach for dogs is located at Merisatamatie 13. Please note that dogs are not allowed on Yyteri Beach.

Huikee – Adventure Park – Ropeway, Pumbtrack scooter track, fatbike, electric fatbike and SUP rental, Trampoline Park.
