The boat trips organised by Kala-Tommi tmi are to Säppi lighthouse island, which has played an important role in the history of the Bothnian Sea shipping. The nature of Säpi, which is part of the Bothnian Sea National Park, is diverse and the island attracts both nature tourists and lighthouse lovers. Säppi is accessible by public cruises during the summer. The lighthouse, renovated in the summer of 2021, is one of the finest in Finland and is now on display in all its glory. The lighthouse is open to the public during the public tours. If you’re lucky, you may also see the mouflons that live on the island.

Boat trips to Säppi are available on Wednesdays and Sundays + on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the weeks 26 and 29
Tours are day trips at 1pm–5pm.
On Sundays: 30.6., 7.7., 14.7., 21.7., 28.7. and 4.8.
On Tuesdays: 25.6. and 16.7.
On Wednesdays: 26.6., 3.7., 10.7., 17.7., 24.7. and 31.7.
On Thursdays: 27.6. and 18.7.
Price: 45 €/adults, 22 €/children under 12 years
Group size: min. 2 and max. 11 persons
Duration: approx. 4 hours
Departure: Kuuminainen cape, Salokankaantie 54 (approx. 20 km from the centre of Pori)
Bring your own snacks!
Boat trip on a fishing boat (open boat): approx. 30 minutes / one way
Weather reservation: Wind limit 12 m/s.
Clothing: Wear clothing appropriate for the weather and footwear suitable for cross-country walking.
Please note, that there is a risk of getting wet during the boat ride (open boat) and it can be much colder at sea than on the mainland!
