The Day of Pori 26-29/9/2024

During the last week of September, the Day of Pori has been celebrated since 1961. Despite the name the Day of Pori lasts four days, from Thursday to Sunday. It is one of the largest homestead feasts of Finland gathering the new and old residents of Pori to various events across the city. There will be a lot of fun activities for the entire family. During the Pori Day anyone can organise an event anywhere in the city. Learn more about the programme or announce your own programme at porinpaiva.fi. The main event is celebrated at the market square of Pori. A significant part of the feast is selling the barley gruel.

The Pori Day is organised by Pori-Seura ry in cooperation with the city of Pori kaupungin, Porin Yrittäjät ry, and Porikorttelit.
