The Liisantori artificial ice rink

Address: Liisankatu 20, Pori

The Liisantori artificial ice rink operates based on the principle of local outdoor recreation. Lights are on daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and the dressing room facilities in the maintenance building are open every day from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Ice maintenance times:

  • Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–8:00 AM, 11:30 AM–12:15 PM, and as needed, 3:00 PM–4:00 PM
  • Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM–8:00 AM and as needed, 3:00 PM–4:00 PM

The rink must be empty during maintenance.

The Liisantori ice rink will remain operational in spring as long as weather conditions allow—until the spring sun melts the ice faster than the cooling system can freeze it.

Stick-Free and Stick Zones

The Liisantori rink is divided into stick-free and stick zones.

  • Stick-Free Zone: Located near the maintenance building (Liisankatu end)
  • Stick Zone: Located at the opposite end of the rink (Mikonkatu end)

Since the rink accommodates both stick-free and stick activities, users must adhere to the zone division to ensure safety.

Pucks are entirely prohibited.
